"Biscuit" is the first foal born on our farm. His mother is our bay mare, Friday; his sire is Lightning.  This boy is quality through and through!
Not only is he handsome, he's bold, and practically fearless.  Very responsive, we believe he will excel at whatever he's asked to do!  UTD on
deworming, vet, dentist & farrier work.  He stands 15.1h and isn't finished growing so he may reach 15.2h or 15.3h.  I did saddle & bridle him at
around 2 years old, but this spring I actually got on him and he could have cared less!  He is easy going like his mom, yet has the energy of his
dad!  Couple that with a good mind and that sought-after buttermilk buckskin color - now
that is a winning combination!  Biscuit is ready to go to
someone who will love him, finish him & give him a good "forever" home.

Biscuit has been out on TWO trail rides this month and he handled them both like a
seasoned trail horse!  His first ride was with four other horses for about 2 hours in
a rope halter, and his second was in a side-pull with just one other horse and he did
very well both times. NOTHING bothered him!  He definitely is a buckskin version
of his "steady-eddy" mother: calm & relaxed.  He has the makings of a "bomb
proof" horse and simply needs more time & experience to earn that title!!  Since he
wasn't started until age 4, he'll stay sound and be able to provide years of great
riding.  Don't pass this opportunity to buy the equine companion of your dreams!

We never thought we'd sell this girl because we love her so
much, but it is time.  Consequently, we want to place her in the
right home.  She's a fantastic horse.  Has never been sick, always
good for the vet, farrier, dentist - just a pleasure to work with
on the ground.  Sweet personality, easy to ride.  Will be a good
choice for someone who enjoys riding, but doesn't necessarily
have to go fast all the time!  For more information, please
contact us.
